trouble keeping up with the characters in Russian novels. Well,
even a Russophile like me has trouble now and then. So I've put
together a character guide from some
sources. Use it as a bookmark as you read The Idiot.
It will help you remember who's-who. I made sure it did not give
too much away.

10:00 AM Coffee
and Pastries or Bagels. We start early because we have a lot to
cover. But we won't start on an empty stomach.
12:15 PM Lunch. This is Russian food (and 1 Polish item
too). Chefs are Inna Glatova, Kay Howarter, Marilyn Moore, Lynne
Moore,
and Bill Moore. It should be fun.
MENU: Cabbage Rolls, Stroganoff, Borscht, Potatos "in Uniform", and
Russian Tea Cakes.

Movie,
Poetry Reading, Theatrical Performance, Critical Analysis of the
significance of the book. Can it get anymore highbrow? Nah,
it's all very down to earth.

It is a fine maroon with three buttons. It is embroidered with
gold thread. The Cyrillic characters translate to "Idiot".
You pronounce it almost the same in Russian as you do in English.
I'm sure you'll get lots of queries. That's when you make your
move: make an invitation to the book party.
Your choices are:

2. Pocket or No-Pocket
Make sure you specify each in your order. Email me or call.
I apologize that I had no other model to pose for the picture.

Use this as your bookmark as you read The

It will help you remember who's-who.
Just like in football, you won't know the players without a
program. Here are several formats
The guide is two pages. If you can print "duplex," one page one
each side of a single sheet, then you'll have a handy tool.
